At Syndicate-LA, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
